Beautiful Western blanket-style overcoat, perfect for a cool starry night in the pines. This is a used item, made by Ralph Lauren Country in the 1980s.
A vintage Indian Chief chenille/carpet patch has been sewn on & centered on the back of the jacket & measures 11" across x 10.75".
Coat fabric is 55% cotton and 45% wool, no lining, in a pattern of brown, creme, red, purple, and green horizontal stripes of varying widths, reminiscent of Native American weaving patterns. Silver colored metal buttons are decorated with geometric patterns. This is a fabulous rare find. Note: The button holes are a bit frayed. This blanket coat has been dry cleaned.
