This petite turquoise heart surrounded by 14 small round turquoise gems is handmade and set in sterling silver. It comes on a 16” sterling petite chain and bale is large enough that this pendant can be worn on various other larger chains or beaded necklaces. Would be great on a turquoise charm necklace. This is a contemporary design - not vintage piece - see photo for several others in this series. This piece is the smallest heart in the line.
